Recycling Partnership meeting: U.S. Virgin Islands Recycling Partnership will meet from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today in Business Education room 110 on UVI's St. Thomas campus and on the third floor of The Marketplace Building at St. John's Academic Center.

Board of Education meeting: The V.I. Board of Education will meet with the Department of Education from 1 to 5 p.m. today to discuss final changes to the promotional policies for high school students. Coral Bay marine uses meeting: Coral Bay Community Council will hold the first marine uses planning meeting from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Guy H. Benjamin Elementary School, room 6 on St. John. Insurance agent licensing exam: The Division of Banking and Insurance on St. Thomas will hold the insurance agent licensing exam at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the division's office on the second floor of Nisky Center. Kimelman Cancer Institute meeting: Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute's monthly support group will meet at noon on Wednesday in the institute's first floor conference room.

E.B. Oliver School Christmas concert: The Emanuel Benjamin Oliver Elementary School music department will hold a Christmas concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School auditorium. The concert will feature performances by the concert band, the recorder class and the Steel Owls. Tickets can be purchased at the school or from any member of the music department.
