ICM: The Independent Citizens Movement Political Party of the Virgin Islands Territorial Committee will meet at 5 p.m. Monday at the University of the Virgin Islands videoconference on St. Thomas in Room 103 and on St. Croix in Room 101. Kidscope: The Kidscope Inc. "Helping Families to Build A Stronger Community" program holds group sessions from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays. The program serves couples who are married, contemplating marriage or dating, and is geared towards developing healthy relationships between couples so they can establish stronger bonds with their children. Group sessions include family activities such as Zumba and salsa classes. Family and individual counseling will also be available. Food, childcare and transportation are provided.
