Charged: Driving under the influence, reckless driving

Lawrence Encarnacion, no available address, was arrested 7:21 p.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and reckless driving. Police said he was involved in a car accident and found to be intoxicated. Bail was set at $1,000.

His license was held in lieu of bail.

Charged: Driving under the influence

Peter Row, 32, of Pennsylvania, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving under the influence and negligent driving at Coki Point Beach.

Bond was set at $500.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance

Glenn Sylvester, 27, of Smith Bay, was arrested Sunday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Bond was set at $10,000.

Charged: Assault and battery

Gavin Turbe, 28, of Contant, was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated assault and battery.

Bail was not set.

Charged: Assault

Symaria Foy, 26, of Circle Street, was arrested Friday and charged with simple assault. Bail was not set.

Charged: Driving under the influence

Robert Kassner, 47, of Vessup Lane, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence in Red Hook.

Bond was set at $500.

Charged: Driving under the influence

Allan Brookes, 63, of Contant, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence and negligent driving.

Bond was set at $500.
