ST. CROIX - Joint Education Board At-large member Oswin Sewer has retained his seat, as he ran uncontested in Tuesday's election.

As indicated by the preliminary election results presented Tuesday night, Sewer, a candidate from St. John now will join the other candidates voted onto the board Tuesday.

Sewer garnered all but 16 of the 4,775 votes cast on voting machines. Those 16 were write-in votes.
