17-year-old suspect arrested in St. John murder

ST. THOMAS - V.I. Police on Thursday arrested a second suspect in connection with the Aug. 17 murder of Tiny Jah Jarvis on St. John.
The second suspect is a 17-year-old who is accused of possessing the alleged murder weapon, according to a press release from V.I. Police Department spokeswoman Melody Rames.
