2 boys missing from St. Croix group home

ST. CROIX - The V.I. Human Services Department and the V.I. Police Department are looking for two teenage boys who fled the V.I. Behavioral Services Boys Group Home where they reside.

Kevon Benjamin, 16, and Manual Davis, 17, absconded from the facility on Wednesday about 3:30 p.m., according to a statement issued Thursday by the Human Services Department.

Benjamin is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 158 pounds. He has a dark complexion with dark brown eyes and was wearing a black T-shirt with black baseball shorts and white, yellow and gray Air Jordan slippers.

Davis is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 189 pounds. He has a light brown complexion with dark brown eyes and was wearing a blue hat with a black shirt, black basketball shorts and black Air Jordan slippers.

Anyone with information about the teens' whereabouts or who may have seen them can contact the police Juvenile Bureau at 715-5541 or 778-2211.

Anyone found to be harboring either minor or aiding them can face criminal charges.
