Brady, Hinds nominations move ahead

ST. CROIX - The Senate Rules and Judiciary Committee on Thursday gave the nod to two judicial nominees, tagging them with favorable recommendations for their consideration by the full Senate in November.
Gov. John deJongh Jr. nominated Douglas Brady, 60, and Denise Hinds, 51, to be V.I. Superior Court judges on St. Croix, with Hinds' nomination designated for the Family Court bench.
