Committee forwards FY 2013 budget bills, kills proposals to help balance the budget

ST. THOMAS - The Senate Finance Committee forwarded the Fiscal Year 2013 budget bills on to the Rules and Judiciary Committee on Thursday without many changes, but it killed a number of measures submitted by the governor to help balance the budget.
