Committee of the Whole hears zoning matters

ST. THOMAS - The Senate Committee of the Whole heard four zoning applications and another pending zoning matter Tuesday.
The first zoning is for a property that already was built, and the zoning must be changed to bring the development into compliance with the territory's zoning map.
