ST. THOMAS - The V.I. Port Authority Board on Wednesday began discussing - and calling into question - a plan to issue bonds to pay for a massive dredging project in Crown Bay that the board hopes to complete by 2014.
"I'm telling you I really see a problem finishing this job on the schedule the cruise line wants," board member Gordon Finch told Port Authority staff Wednesday. "You're going to have to step up the pace in a big, big way."
