Statement by J. Lowe Davis, executive editor of The Daily News:
"The Stipulated Order issued by the V.I. Superior Court on Thursday finally knocked down the wall of secrecy that the 29th Legislature erected more than 10 months ago to keep the public from examining documents that it legally has a right to have, particularly in light of the Inspector General's audit revealing almost $7 million in questionable financial dealings.
