DeJongh: V.I. must work together to tackle tough times for territory

ST. THOMAS - In his seventh State of the Territory address Monday, Gov. John deJongh Jr. said the territory is at a transformative point.
Despite the struggling economy, the territory must band together and face the daunting challenges head on, he said.
