ST. THOMAS -The Department of Planning and Natural Resources reprimanded one officer after the V.I. Attorney General's Office concluded its investigation into two days in July during which Coral Bay residents said officers waved rifles and harassed them.
The reprimand cited the officer for mishandling of a rifle because it was slung over his shoulder in an unsafe manner.
