ST. THOMAS - The whales are back, and so are the annual Environmental Association of St. Thomas-St. John whale watches.
"Seeing a whale in the wild is something that should be on everyone's bucket list," EAST activities coordinator Dalma Simon said.
He said he is hearing reports that whales are starting to be spotted around the islands.
