Elections board hears concerns from candidates

ST. THOMAS - The St. Thomas-St. John District Board of Elections met Friday to hear concerns about the district's Sept. 8 primary election from a group of candidates.
The group of seven sent a letter to the board Tuesday detailing a long list of complaints about the primary and demanding a written response from the board.
