ST. CROIX - The government has issued a request for proposals for the development of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium in Frederiksted, more than seven months after the previous stadium proposal was tabled following a Daily News investigative report.
The new RFP focuses on building a new baseball stadium, as well as a Little League facility and Festival village.
However, it also leaves it up to the developers who respond what other amenities they would like to include in the package, said V.I. Sports, Parks and Recreation Commissioner St. Claire Williams.
