HOVENSA trims price of regular by 1 cent and slashes premium gasoline by 14 cents

ST. CROIX -The wholesale price of gasoline went down, while the wholesale price of diesel fuel stayed the same, as HOVENSA made its weekly rack rate adjustment on Monday.
Although HOVENSA ceased refining operations in February, it is continuing to provide wholesale gasoline at its truck loading station on St. Croix for retailers in the territory until Dec. 31.
