ST. THOMAS - The Department of the Interior's Office of the Inspector General is shutting down its St. Thomas field office next year in an effort to better manage its resources.
Office of Inspector General Eastern Regional Manager Hannibal Ware said the decision was an "extremely" tough one, especially because he has spent almost his entire career here.
