Island Crossing Shopping Center struggling to sell V.I.-backed bonds

ST. THOMAS - The V.I. Public Finance Authority board approved another $75,000 Monday to help the V.I. Fire Service construct a garage at the Tutu fire station to house a ladder truck.
The board also extended a deadline for the Island Crossings development to convert its short-term loan to long-term financing.
