Judge irate after V.I. Corrections Bureau mistakenly releases suspect in assaults

ST. THOMAS - A V.I. Superior Court judge had stern words for the government and its attorneys Thursday after the V.I. Corrections Bureau mistakenly released a man being held in connection with two assaults on women.
"Obviously something isn't working," Judge Adam Christian said.
