Jury deliberating fate of brothers for second time

ST. THOMAS - The second jury to consider the fate of brothers Curdilius and Gaius Moncherry will return today for a second round of deliberations.
V.I. Superior Court Judge Brenda Hollar issued a lengthy set of instructions to the jurors Thursday morning before turning the case over to the panel for a verdict. About 10 hours later, Hollar sent the jurors home for the day with no decision.
