ST. THOMAS - Senators began Monday's Legislative session by overriding a number of Gov. John deJongh Jr.'s vetoes.
Last week, deJongh took action on the bills passed by the Senate during a session in August, passing some and vetoing others.
Sen. Shawn-Michael Malone asked for an override on a measure barring anyone who serves on a board or commission from working for that same board or commission within one year of serving on the board or commission.
