Miller, Carty, Najawicz trial delayed

Jury selection in the retrial of three former Schneider Regional Medical Center executives came to an abrupt halt Thursday morning as V.I. Superior Court Judge Michael Dunston followed an order issued Wednesday night by the territory's high court.
In that order, the V.I. Supreme Court prohibited Dunston from proceeding with the trial until the high court decides an appeal raised by one of the defendants, Peter Najawicz.
