Nicholson-Doty becomes chairwoman of regional organization

ST. THOMAS - V.I. Tourism Commissioner Beverly Nicholson-Doty has taken over the top position at the Caribbean Tourism Organization.
She was unanimously voted to replace outgoing organization chairman Ricky Skerritt of St. Kitts and Nevis at the organization's annual meeting Oct. 10.
The Caribbean Tourism Organization comprises tourism leaders from various countries and territories in the Caribbean region.
