ST. CROIX - Police are investigating a shooting that happened Sunday evening and left one person injured in Mutual Homes housing community.
V.I. Police spokeswoman Melody Rames said Monday that detectives with the Criminal Investigation Bureau are continuing to look for a possible motive and circumstances surrounding the non-fatal shooting of the man.
According to the emergency blotter, a list of calls reported to emergency dispatchers, someone called 911 just before 8 p.m. Sunday and reported that shots had been fired and then reported that someone had been injured.
