Officials at the Human Services Department have informed the V.I. Police that a resident of the Youth Rehabilitation Center did not report back to the facility after attending school Friday.

Steven Jacobs has most recently been seen in the JFK and D. Hamilton Jackson housing communities on St. Croix.

Jacobs is 5-feet-7-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds, he has black hair worn in a large afro, or pulled back into a ponytail.

He has a tattoo of a rosary on his chest and is known to frequent Concordia West, Mount Pleasant West and William's Delight.

Police ask that anybody who has seen Jacobs, or knows his whereabouts, to contact the Youth Investigation Bureau at 778-2211, the Youth Rehabilitation Center at 773-1723 or the Crime Stoppers USVI anonymous tip line at 1-800-222-8477.
