Police identify victim of St. Croix homicide

ST. CROIX - Police on Monday identified the man who was fatally shot on the outskirts of Christiansted town late Saturday night.
V.I. Police spokeswoman Melody Rames said Monday that Criminal Investigation Bureau detectives identified the man who was shot in the area of the Water Gut bus stop as 26-year-old Shawn Ian Drew.
