ST. THOMAS - The second trial for two brothers accused of beating a man to death in the Frydenhoj ballpark in 2010 may get a new wrinkle because of a change in tactic by prosecutors.
In the first trial, which ended in early August with a hung jury, Assistant Attorney General Edward Veronda described a conflict between brothers Curdilius and Gaius Moncherry and a man named Kerwin Williams in which the brothers attacked Williams after Williams slashed Curdilius Moncherry's throat with a knife.
