Customers who tried to telephone The Daily News on Wednesday may have experienced trouble getting through because of problems with our communications network.
The necessary repairs to the phone connections have been under way all week, and we hope not to have any more trouble with them.
Those same problems caused a number of voicemails to be lost, so if your call has not been returned please call us again.
