The V.I. Legislature agreed Thursday to give The Daily News full access to all public records that senators have withheld for more than 10 months.
According to the Stipulation Order issued by V.I. Superior Court Presiding Judge Darryl Donohue, the Legislature must immediately release the requested public documents and make them available to the newspaper or face penalties imposed by the court.
