Senatorial candidate Jean Forde seeks recount

ST. THOMAS - Current eighth-place Democratic Senate primary finisher Jean Forde is seeking a recount of the St. Thomas-St. John District primary election.
"As a candidate in the District of St. Thomas, seeking a seat in the 30th Legislature, I am hereby contesting and requesting a recount of the results of the Primary Elections held on September 8, 2012," Forde wrote in a letter to Supervisor of Elections John Abramson Jr. on Thursday.
