An article on Page 4 of The Daily News on Jan. 11 incorrectly stated when Norma Pickard-Samuel and Lawrence Olive joined Wilma Marsh-Monsanto, Harriet Mercer and Diane Magras as plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the St. Thomas Board of Elections. They signed on to a lawsuit that was in Superior Court in 2013 arguing that the board's practices during the 2012 election violated the U.S. Constitution, the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Help America Vote Act.
