Soccer Federation plans St. Croix soccer complex

ST. CROIX - Before the U.S. Virgin Islands government's proposed plan to build a multi-million dollar sports complex on St. Croix came to light, the USVI Soccer Federation already was making plans for a soccer complex.
USVI Soccer Federation president Hillaren Frederick told The Daily News that a 12-acre soccer complex with two athletic fields is in the works in Upper Bethlehem on St. Croix.
