Hart Bay, located near Chocolate Hole on St. John, is unsafe for swimming and fishing, the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources said in a statement issued Friday.

The department releases weekly reports on 43 of the territory's most popular beaches through its Beach Water Quality Monitoring Program. All other beaches on the DPNR list tested safe for swimming and fishing, according to the statement.
