Suspect in St. Croix double homicide now faces firearms and drug possession charges

ST. CROIX - Eustace Samuel, who was advised of his rights Monday in connection to a 2011 double murder, found himself before Magistrate Jessica Gallivan on Wednesday, charged now with firearms and drug possession charges.

Samuel, 44, of All for the Better was advised of his rights on charges of unlicensed possession of a firearm, failure to report a firearm brought into the territory and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
