V.I., P.R. get new FBI chief

ST. THOMAS - The San Juan Division of the FBI has promoted Carlos Cases to special agent in charge of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Cases replaces Joseph Campbell, who held the post for the last 16 months until he was promoted to an assistant director position at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C.
