ST. THOMAS - The V.I. Supreme Court on Monday overturned a temporary restraining order and civil contempt order against local activist group Crucians In Focus, ruling that the lower court did not take consideration of the group's First Amendment rights.
The group was sued in V.I. Superior Court by VI 4D, a company owned in part by former chief of staff to the governor Pamela Berkowsky and her husband, Dr. Adam Shapiro.
