U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Theodore McKee, V.I. Supreme Court Associate Justice Maria Cabret, V.I. Supreme Court Chief Justice Rhys Hodge, Gov. John deJongh Jr. and Third Circuit Judge D. Brooks Smith attend Tuesday's review of the V.I. Supreme Court.
ST. THOMAS - The V.I. Supreme Court came through its five-year review by the Judicial Council of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals with flying colors.
