VIPD: 9-year-old boy missing on St. Thomas

ST. THOMAS - V.I. Police issued a statement late Tuesday asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 9-year-old boy.

Tenaji Wheatley was staying at a residence in Estate Fortuna when he went missing Tuesday about 11 a.m.

He is 4 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 80 pounds and was wearing a lime green shirt, khaki cargo shorts and camouflage slippers, according to police. He has a medium brown complexion and a low afro hairstyle.

Anyone who may have seen Tenaji or has any information about his whereabouts can call police at 715-5542 or 911 or call the Crime Stoppers USVI anonymous tip line at 1-800-222-8477.
