ST. CROIX - The joint and district boards of the Elections System of the Virgin Islands are once again faced with a lack of leadership in one of its offices after the sudden departure of Deputy Elections Supervisor for St. Croix James Weber III.

In a letter dated Monday and submitted to Joint Board Chairwoman Alicia Wells on Monday, Weber announced that he was resigning from the position immediately.
