ST. THOMAS - Court records reveal new information about the V.I. Police investigation that led to Friday's arrest of Lakeel Wade in connection with the Sept. 7 murder of 39-year-old Andre Tanis.
Wade, 22, was advised of his rights Monday on charges of first- and second-degree murder, first-degree assault, aiding and abetting, and four counts of unauthorized use of a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence.
