Young V.I. entrepreneurs taught to create company

ST. CROIX - Among all the homegrown arts and crafts on offer at Agrifest 2013 this weekend will be some hand-crafted bracelets created by a group of local high school students.
"They're learning entrepreneurship, that there are opportunities for them to be entrepreneurs," said Sandra Gutierrez, coordinator for one of the first St. Croix groups to participate in the Junior Achievement Company Program.
