Annetta Emily Rivers Harris

Services will be Thursday for Annetta Emily Rivers Harris, better known as Annette, who died Dec. 31, 2012.

The first viewing is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at John Thomas Funeral Home. The second viewing is 10 a.m. Thursday at Full Body Evangelistic Pentecostal Church in Smith Bay, with the service at 11 am at the same location.

She was 75 years of age and a retired employee of John Thomas Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughter, Gaynel Harris; sons, Terry and Dave Rivers; grandchildren Xavier Aaron and Sharmain, Tyried, Valene, Tracie, Melissa, Tayjhun and Veah Rivers; great-grandchildren Jenesey and Velenise Patterson and D'shawn Riviere; brothers Sidney and Willoughby Baker; sisters Evelyn Baker, Ellen Grant and Zelda McCalla; aunts Marion Green, Myrtle Guishard and Eunice Royster; uncle Edward Baker; nephews Earl, Errol, Kevin and Ronald Baker, Nathaniel Brooks, Reuben and Rudel Grant and Jim Maloney; nieces Chenelle, Cheryl, Hilarie, Irmel, Karen, Tessa and Verna Baker, Trisha Baker James, Vanita Baker Walters, Claudette Grant and Vera Maloney; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are by John Thomas Funeral Home.
