Services will be held Thursday for Natalie Delcine James, who died Jan. 9, 2014, in Rockville, Md.
The viewing is at 10 a.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy Tabernacle, Est. C-5 Hoffman, Donoe intersection, with the service at 11 a.m. at the same location. The burial follows immediately at Eastern Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her son, Dalmo James; her granddaughter, Sherette James; grandsons, Jeremy Frett and Jonathan James; her great-grandson, Xavier Evans; and her brother, Edward Smith.
She is survived by her daughters, Marjorie Vanterpool-Day, Phyllis M. André, Shirley M. Jackson, Dorothy L. James; sons, McNeal and Milton James; sister, Anna Smith-Brooks; brothers, Alfredo, Jimmy, Juan, and Alan Smith; grandchildren, Leroy Sewer Jr., Barry Leerdam III, Natalie N. and Travis Day, Adishian L. Brooks, Michelle V. André-Connor, Renée M. André, Pachese O. Finch, Jermaine, Kasheem, Dimitri, Niko and Keano James, and Janelle and Tangi James-Casey, McNeal James Jr., Aaliyah and Laila James, Shikima Jones, Erick James, Sidonia Hunte, Tiffany Kuntz, and Samantha and Nicole James; great-grandchildren, Nikia S. and Tequija J.L. Brooks, Trinécia V.C. and Trinity K.A. Connor, Kiano LeRoi Evans, Noah and James Burns, J'Briyan N. Vaughn, Kahlik K. James, Dimitri James, Makenna and Ericka James, Kimisa and Shikira Smith, Shukoia Sprauve, and Adeniké Callwood; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
