The first viewing is at 9 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Moravian Church, with a service at 10 a.m. at the same location.
Burial is at Eastern Cemetery in Smith Bay.
He is survived by his wife, Laverne E. Joseph; children, Duane A. Joseph and Kimberly M.
