Services will be Thursday for James MacDonald Gumbs, also known as "Mack" or "Mackie."
The viewing will be at 9 a.m. today at V.I. Christian Ministry, with services following at 10. Burial will be in Sandy Ground Cemetery in Anguilla.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Gumbs; children, Euroy Richardson, Deloris Richardson, Herbert Richardson, Ethney Brooks, Robert Gumbs and Andrea Gumbs; stepchildren, Deby of the mainland U.S., Padget of the mainland U.S., Binta of St. Thomas, Lionel Selwood of St. Thomas, Dennis Proctor of St. Thomas, Retty Proctor of St. Thomas, Joyce Proctor and family of the United States, St. Thomas and Anguilla, and children of the late Jule Carty of Anguilla; grandchildren, Zenith Brooks, Eunicio Martina, Jeri Richardson, Dawne Richardson, Euroy Jr. Richardson, Romeo Richardson, Rhana Richardson, Romero Richardson, Tricia Brooks, Ticia Brooks, Lyndon Brooks, Tenisha Brooks, Gillian Brooks, Emilio Kalmera, Soerida Kalmera and Shameeka Kalmera; great-grandchildren, Nikima Brooks, Ronecio Edwards, Alianna Brooks-McDuffie, Nyah Kalmera, Tierra Richardson, Tajha Richardson, Amarilis Brooks, Aloe Brooks, Rejanae Richardson, Daisha Bryan; great-great-grandchild, Tajah Carter; brother, Othneil Richardson; nieces, Gwenderlyn Richardson, Marie Richardson, Hazel Richardson and Kathy Fleming; and nephews, Claude Richardson, Theron Richardson, Alistair Richardson, Curtis Fleming, Curtwin Fleming, Bobby Fleming, Leonard Fleming and Clayton Fleming.
