A guest editorial by Dr. Gloria Joseph (Daily News, Oct. 16, 2012) on essential criteria for senatorial candidates was right on the mark. The League of Women Voters of the Virgin Islands has just completed its biennial televised program "Meet the Candidates Forum" on WTJX TV, in which candidates for the delegate and senate positions in the USVI were interviewed.
