This is a sincere appreciation for the participants, presenters and attendees that took part in the free " Health and Wellness Fair" presented by the New Beginning Christian Fellowship Church in collaboration with the office of Sen. Clarence Payne III on Nov. 23 at church's Four Winds Plaza location.

Participants and attendees were afforded health screenings for cholesterol, blood sugar and pressure as well as HIV testing. Attendees were also exposed to a wealth of information provided by participating agencies and organizations.

A special "Call to Duty" halo for the presenters including Jasper Lettsome, V.I. Health Department; Dr. Erole Hobdy; Dr. Lee C. Whitaker; Leonilda Jarvis, who covered Medicare and other senior issues and Phyllis Massac of the Massac Nursing Agency; and Sandra Honore.
