The importance of women working together

March is Women's History Month. It is a time when we recognize women throughout history who have made a significant contribution to human society. I think it is a good chance to also examine our relationships with each other.

It's as simple as women should support one another, not fight to tear one another down.

We women are hardwired to be attracted to drama but that doesn't mean we have to infuse our relationships with it. I get so tired of seeing us fight with each other over trumped up pettiness. I am so over watching women cut other women down so they can feel better. I am done with women who take pleasure in dimming someone else's shine.
