Charged: possession
with intent, obstructing
an officer

Neftali Felix, 29, of Estate Upper Love, and Errol Jackson, 20, of Estate Diamond Ruby, were arrested at 12:38 p.m. Friday after being stopped by police for a traffic violation. Felix was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and Jackson was charged with delaying and obstructing an officer with his duties. Police said the two were stopped in Grove Place and Felix was found to be in possession of marijuana; Jackson tried to escape custody. Bail for Felix was set at $10,000. Jackson was bailed out for $1,000.

Charged: simple possession

Vanise Miles, 44, of no fixed address, and Darwin Heywood, 44, of Smithfield, were arrested at 7:16 p.m. Friday and each was charged with simple possession of a controlled substance. Police said the two were found with marijuana by the Frederiksted fort. Bail for both was set at $500.

Charged: disturbing
the peace, fighting

Six people were arrested at 1 p.m. Sunday for disturbing the peace by fighting at the David Hamilton Jackson Terrace housing community. Troy Herbert, 22, Kahmal Brinkley, 22, Natasha Herbert, 23, Andreas Miller, 27, and Kelia Petersen, 19, all of David Hamilton Jackson Terrace, and Chaselyn Simmiollejier, 23, of Water Gut Homes, were arrested for fighting, police said. Bail for Troy Herbert, Brinkley, Miller and Petersen was set at $1,000 each. Bail for Natasha Herbert and Simmiollejier was set at $500. Simmiollejier and Petersen were released on their own recognizance.

Jamie Profeta, 28, of Altona, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with simple assault at Yacht Haven Grande. Her bail was set at $1,000.

Charged: driving under the influence

Matthew Morse, 26, of Estate Bethany, was arrested at 5 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence on Bordeaux Mountain Road. His bail was set at $500.
